Congratulations to our pupils from Primary 1-4 who have been awarded 'Star of the Week' for their excellent behaviour, effort and manners.
This initiative forms part of our Positive Behaviour Policy. We are continuing our work on ensuring that our school is a place where children can learn and be happy; a place where positive behaviour is promoted. In all classes teachers reward good manners, good behaviour, hard work and respect with their own star-boards etc.
At whole school level we have our 'Star of the Week', where two children from each class are nominated every fortnight by their class teacher and receive a special certificate at assembly, have their photograph displayed in school and on our website in acknowledgement of this.
